No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Number of leads generated
- Meetings booked
- Revenue or sales results
All services are provided based on expertise, experience, and best practices, but outcomes depend on multiple factors outside of our control, including market conditions, offer quality, sales execution, and customer response.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Participate in communication and feedback when required
- Execute recommended strategies where applicable
Results may be impacted if these responsibilities are not met.
Fees & Payments
Fees, pricing structure, and payment terms are defined separately in proposals, agreements, or invoices. Unless otherwise stated:
- Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
Intellectual Property
Any frameworks, strategies, processes, or materials provided by Waterloo Technologies remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use materials for internal business purposes.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waterloo Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.
Third-Party Tools & Services
We may utilize or recommend third-party tools, platforms, or partners. We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or actions of third-party providers.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at our discretion. Clients may terminate services based on the terms outlined in their specific agreement.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
